Transaction Procedure Step by Step

Place orders

You have to email us at :

cc : di_mobile@live.com

Tell us :

- What model you want to buy and the quantity
- Your full and complete : Name, Address, Contact, Email

We check the availability of your order and confirm back to you via email

Note : Please place your order every working day earlier from 11am - 4pm

Steps after Placing orders

a. Payment according to our email confirmation.

After we confirmed the payment and bank detail via email, please settle your payment.

We use Public Bank and Maybank account for transaction.

After you done the payment, please take picture of the payment slip and email to us for account purpose to ship your order.

If you done by online transfer, please take screenshot of the payment and email to us.

We dont accept payment by cheque.

If you transfer from other bank, it takes 2-3 working days only we can accept your payment.
We only proceed your order after we receive your payment in our bank account.

Once we received your payment in our bank account, we will proceed the packing and delivery.

Note : Please settle your payment before 4pm at the same day we confirm your order, to proceed the delivery at the same day

b. Shipment after received payment.

POSLAJU/SKYNET/GDEX/NATIONWIDE EXPRESS/ABX/AIRPAK

Recommended : Airpak
Charges : Peninsula : RM15
Sabah/Sarawak : RM25

Tracking number will be email to you before 8pm at the same day after you settle your payment

For those item ordered non received after 3 days payment have made, please write in :
Email : di_mobile@live.com

Please report immediately if the item send is defective or something is missing when received the parcel.

Please do not send to other technician for checking or repairing purpose if it is still under warranty period. If not , consider Void

Public holiday and weekend no shipment due to safety purpose, please understand.

Delivery time normally 1-2 working days for Peninsula Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak, but mostly all our customer already get their package in just one day.
For Singapore and Indonesia normally delivery time 3-7 working days.

DONE

You just wait at your delivery address for your package to reach direct to your doorstep.
