Service Warranty
To assure our clients with best after sales services, we give 2 months service warranty for the mobile phone beginning from the date of proforma invoice. LCD screen and case not included in the warranty.
Our service warranty includes only malfunctions due to manufacturing defects.
We will repair at our option, any defective products or parts thereof the product to the consumer in working condition.
Upon request from us, the consumer must provide the proforma invoice number and IMEI number of the mobile phone.
Our Service Warranty does not include:
Abnormal use, misuse,drop set or improper storage.
Handsets exposure to excessive temperature, breakage, liquids, moisture, dampness, steam, heavy sweat, high voltage or other such environmental conditions.
Rough handling
Unauthorized repairement and accessories.
Repairing the handsets without authorization.
Our service warranty does not cover expendable items include : sling, antenna, chassing, touch pad, LCD, earphone, battery, usb cable, charger, camera.
The service warranty is applicable for all mobiles purchase from us only.
Return Policy
We will accept returns on products delivered in error, not as ordered, or quality problem which has to be returned for fix. All returns for products delivered in error, not as ordered must be authorized with us directly when you received your package. We will not accept any return for more than 24 hours after you received your phone. We will not accept any return if have any scratch in your mobile phone.
For the phone problem in warranty period please send back to us for repair.
Please email us and we will be happy to make arrangements with you about any return issue.
Conditions
1. Please only return the mobile phones after receive our confirmation.
2. Sender has to pay the shipping cost for return.
3. If the mobile phones found no problem after return, we will not bear shipping cost for returning and sending again.
4. We don't bear cost of shipping for sending back to you the mobile phone after repaired.
How to Return
Step 1.
Please let us know by email if there is any quality problem. Please include proforma invoice number, model number, IMEI number ( by input *#06# ) when report quality problem. We will help to solve the problem before send back to us for fix. If the problem can't be solved, please follow the following next steps.
Step 2.
Please send back the mobile phones by Airpak, Nationwide, GDEx or ABX .
Please inform us after you ship and email us the tracking number.
Step 3.
Please return the mobile phone with one battery only back to us. Please don't inlcude any other accessories and packages to reduce your shipping cost.
Please pack the mobile phone and battery well to avoid damage during transportation.
Please note above points are very important.
Step 4.
Please let us know after you return the phone and email us the tracking number. We will inform sender after we receive the returned mobile phone(s).
We will fix the phone and send you the mobile phone again after fix.
