Service Warranty ( Terms & Conditions )

Warranty Service Policy

Di Mobile always focus to continue to improve our service to all our customers, which we will achieve in terms and conditions for all our customers.

We provide service warranty 2 (two) months (excluding the LCD) only for specific models of mobile phone that we sell on our website.

If there is any damage from the manufacture, we will repair the damage for free in approximately 3-6 weeks from the date we received the damaged phone. If there is any damage please direct contact our customer service and we will direct you to sent to our collection point for the damaged phone to be repaired.

Note: No matter the warranty is valid or not, we will not responsible for the shipping cost when you ship the goods back to us and when we return back to you after service.


Basic Criteria Warranty Service:

1. Service Warranty Period: 2 (two) months of service from date of purchase.
2. We are only responsible for warranty service of mobile phone products purchased from our website and has not been repaired by another party. Purchases outside of our website will not be entertain.
3. Original package (manufacturer's box, all Cables, hardware and instructions that comes with it.)
4. Warranty sticker is not damaged. If the warranty sticker is damaged then the warranty will be void.
5. You are responsible to pack the phone properly to avoid damage when you sent back to us for checking.
6. For each of our products that sent back for warranty claim, we will examine in a professional and testing whether the condition is valid warranties mobile phone or not. Di Mobile in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.
7. If there is a damage to the product at the time you receive the package, please take picture of the damage parcel and immediately report it to us within 24 hours to be processed and sent back to us, more than 24 hours we do not accept any claim for any reason. Damage to products that pass from 24 hours upon received from the courier and not sent back to us then we will not serve anymore.
8. Specifically for Capacitive LCD, stuck pixels are normal and will not interfere with the performance of mobile phones


Di Mobile does not accept claims for a free service to the following conditions:

1.Phone spare parts, accessories and touchpad dont come with warranty.
2.Warranty is invalid as below situations:
• The mobile phones has not been properly operated in accordance with & maintained instructions issued by us.
• The damage is due to use in conjunction with a non-product offered our website.
• The mobile phone has been repaired by anyone other than our company or our wholesale agent
• The mobile phone has been subjected to excessive physical force, tampered with, application of incorrect electrical charge, electrostatic discharge (ESD), or if any warranty void sticker on the product has been removed;
• The damage is due to a food or liquid spills, immersion in liquid, excessive temperatures or humidity.
• The damage is due to normal wear and tear.
3.Warranty seal or sticker is broken or has been tampered with the product.
4.Defective items are returned packed as if they were used.
5.Goods that are damage during shipment or misused / abused by the customer / carrier.
6.Service warranty is not transferable.
7.Wrong install applications / software there is no warranty at all.
8.Virus infection, one of the major file formats on the unit, there are no warranty.
9.For any promotional item / sale, there are no warranty
10.Android Tablet, Smartphone Android & iRaptor NO warranty.

When the product is returned for examination and inspection, or for any other reason, Di Mobile are not responsible for all damage resulting from improper packing or handling, and for loss in transit, for the product.

Important Message:

Do not ever try to format / to delete the files contained in the root phone congenital (especially the iPhone all types) and Android Tablet, because it would be fatal, and until now there is no way back to recovery.


ATTENTION

For all models of Android Tablet, Android Smartphone, Windows Tablet and iRaptor warranty only 1x24 hours from receive and warranty only for manufacturing defects, not include own fault such as falls, hit the water, subject to collision, misuse, incorrect settings, either install , shorting, has been modified, has flashed by his own, root by his own, ROM upgrade and all of the customer faults. Let us know immediately for damage at least 1x24 hours since the goods are received and then sent back to us. Through the 1x24 hours we do not accept claims for any reason. Goods damaged due to defective production of the factory not more than 1x24 hours after the receipt we will fix for free without a service charge (exclude delivery charge), can not be return, can not be replace with other types and should not be scratch.

Note:

Goods that have been purchased, can not be exchanged or refunded with or without any reason.
We do not accept complaints / requests return goods because you do not like it, do not fit or for any reason. If you already deal with us then we assume you have read and accept all the terms from us without exception. Di Mobile does not accept exchange.
